The conference is organised by Eurodoc and its Hungarian member organisation, DOSZ, with the support of the Semmelweis University.

The European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (Eurodoc), is a grassroots federation of 28 national associations of early career researchers (ECRs) from 25 countries across Europe. Eurodoc was established in 2002 and is based in Brussels. As a representative of doctoral candidates and junior researchers at the European level, Eurodoc engages with all major stakeholders in research, higher education, and innovation in Europe.

The Association of Hungarian PhD and DLA Candidates (Doktoranduszok Országos Szövetsége, DOSZ) has proudly represented doctoral candidates in Hungary since its foundation in 1994. Over the past three decades, DOSZ has become a cornerstone of the Hungarian academic landscape, supporting and advocating for early career researchers and building strong scientific communities across the country and beyond.

Semmelweis University (Semmelweis Egyetem) is a leading institution of higher education in Hungary and the Central European region within the area of medicine and health sciences. Its main commitment is the integrity of education, research and healing, which makes the more than 250-year-old Semmelweis University an internationally recognized center of knowledge.
