In the coming year, the working group aims to finalise the good practice guide on equitable opportunities for early-career researchers, building on the substantial groundwork already completed. We plan to share the draft with the national associations, gather feedback, and collect additional examples through a structured Google Form to strengthen its relevance and representativeness. Beyond publication, we aim to promote the guide through seminars, workshops, or similar dissemination activities to demonstrate that these practices are feasible and impactful, encouraging wider adoption across research institutions in Europe.
