Feedback and Closing |
The programme is aimed to:
- create perspective and foster an active and empowering dialogue on career development, entrepreneurship and employability in the community of young researchers,
- break walls between disciplines, institutes, and regions in order to boost synergistic inter-university and intersectoral collaborations at regional, national and European levels and
- ensure that PhD holders actively take part in the creation of a sustainable economy and innovation-driven society.
Thematically we have two main themes spread over two days, namely:
- the professional career development of ECRs (via courses, tools and mentoring) and
- the role of PhD graduates in effectively tackling societal and global challenges, with a specific attention for entrepreneurship and intersectoral mobility (in interdisciplinary teams and with policy makers and citizens).
